This policy explains what information ScanEngine (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our website gscanengine.pages.dev, our Telegram channels and bots, and our social media accounts, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Sign-up and contact details you choose to give us through the website or our Telegram bot: name, email address, phone number, Telegram username, market region and plan of interest.
• Feedback and suggestions you submit, together with an email address if you provide one.
• Telegram details needed to deliver our messages to you, such as your Telegram user or chat ID.

We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and set up your access to ScanEngine.
• To deliver the signals, reports and updates you signed up for, by Telegram or email.
• To improve our service based on your feedback.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run ScanEngine (for example Google, Cloudflare and Telegram), and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

Google, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram

ScanEngine uses the official Google (YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) APIs only to publish our own content to our own ScanEngine accounts. We do not access, collect or store data from the Google, YouTube, Facebook or Instagram accounts of our visitors or subscribers.

Use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you use ScanEngine and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you messages, by emailing globalscanengine@gmail.com.
